Changes to your ticket can be made by creating an account with our ticket provider. Click the "Claim my account" at the bottom of your confirmation email after your purchase. From there you can make any changes necessary.

Yes, tickets are available for purchase on-site at our ticket booth.

Our Fast Pass Admission grants the ticket holder to skip the General Admission line and get priority entry into the attraction. If you are a Fast Pass Ticket Holder, let our security/staff member know by showing your ticket and we will take care of you!

Our VIP Experience is truly unlike anything you've ever seen! When arriving, ticket holders are escorted directly inside to our VIP Lounge which is stocked with complimentary beverages and snacks for you and your party to enjoy. While in the lounge guests are able to view and scare other patrons as they make their way through the attraction. When you and your party are ready, experience front-of-the-line access into the attraction.

Included in your purchase is a $10.00 off apparel voucher for our ScareSHOP Gift Shop which is located in the exit lobby of the attraction.

No one under the age of 13 admitted without adult supervision. Our attraction was built with the intention to SCARE people. With that, we leave it to the digression of the parents on whether or not they believe their children will enjoy the experience. With that, we ask that patrons do not carry small children through the attraction as it poses as a safety concern.

Depends on how fast you run! (Also, don't run.) We typically see groups taking around 25 to 30 minutes to experience the entire attraction not including wait times.

We have done everything in our power to make our attraction as accessible as possible. With that said, due to the inherent dark and confusing environment a haunted house presents, any patrons using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids may be accompanied by a staff member through the attraction  to assure a safe experience for all patrons.

A maximum of eight (8) guests are allowed to enter at a time. During peak hours, please expect your group to be combined with others if your party consists of less that eight (8) guests.
